What we collect

• Authentication data: the email address you sign in with, to verify your account.
• Task and project data: tasks, projects, services, comments, and related metadata you access or create via the extension.
• Diagnostics: minimal, extension-local errors to improve reliability (no tracking or analytics SDKs).

How it is used

• To display and update VCNS tasks, projects, and services via your existing VCNS account.
• To send optional task and status notifications if you enable them.
• Data flows only between the extension and the VCNS backend (Supabase) on the configured domains.

What we do not do

• No advertising IDs or behavioral tracking.
• No sale or sharing of personal data for advertising.
• No third-party analytics SDKs.

Storage and retention

• Data is stored in your VCNS/Supabase environment under your organization’s control.
• Local extension storage is used only for session and preference data and is cleared when you reset or remove the extension.

Security

• Uses HTTPS for all network requests.
• Relies on Supabase authentication and role-based access your organization configures.
